Works in a subdirectory and gh-pages! #85

Added basic support for base path. It captures the initial path so initial navigation must always point to the root folder. Works in localhost with and without a path and in gh-pages https://badcitygame.github.io/TriggerRally/

@jareiko you just need to merge and will work in your gh-pages after ~5mins
