What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Fraps.
2. Start game.
3. Press F9 or F10 (Start Recording/Take Screenshot).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
F9 doesn't start recording (Fraps FPS indicator shows a flicker/attempt to 
start recording).

F10 causes an exception.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v3.0, Windows 7

This is on the Fraps developers, nothing we can do.

To add, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue myself. When either running 
Fraps before or after starting Halo it shows up in game and records/screenshots 
without any problems. So this issue may be down to other external factors 
outside of Fraps even, or Fraps is using different hooking techniques for 
different systems.
