What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find an issue or post that has a fairly high number of comments
2. Scroll down
3. Note overlap

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the site maintain it's size and proportions.

Instead, the centre area overlaps the area on the right when scrolling too far 
down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Internet Explorer 8(I think)     Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Might be my browser?

1. What? Why are you reporting a NON-OS problem?
2. Why are you using IE still? Switch to Firefox
