Some shaders show up funny with Skies. #53

Why is it that my skies look like this? Is this a defect caused by Open Sauce?

My skies use shader_transparent_chicago and shader_transparent_glass for the
clouds to blend well.

Try the shaders without OS installed (in a test map if yours relies on OS).
Just looks like DXT compression to me. OS makes no changes to any transparent
shaders.

I know, I did, and it works fine flawlessly. I'll do it again, though.

Here's proof. Same sky, in a .map file, without dinput8.dll running. Shows up
pretty and nice. Before screenshots are horrid.

Can you add it to a test map, and upload it somewhere so I can repro it here?

OK, but let me tell you how to do it first.

Choose a map that's very dark, and add a sky with shader_transparent_glass
clouds. No matter what, they don't work unless outside of OS. Here I'll just
give you the latest Blood Creek Campus to est.

I don't see an attachment, or link to a map. Did you forget to add one?

tried to go upload one. It didn't work, so I'll try on the Mediafire.

OK, it's a conflict between the old OS files and the new ones. If installing
OS 3.0.3 and then upgrading to a codebase version, it wigs out. If installing
a fresh copy, it's fine.

Reopening as a test map that I can reproduce this on hasn't been provided yet,
and I would like to be doubly sure it isn't an issue before closing the bug.
