Yeah, if all multi-plugs use the same commands it should work. I assume that at least within the hs-series the same commands are used. But there are several other devices, which also have multiple outlets (KP200, KP303, KP400). Anybody who owns one of those devices can test by

plug.SetOutletPowered(true)
/plug.SetOutletPowered(false)
to turn on/off all outletsplug.SetOutletPowered(true, 0)
to turn on a single outlet (second arguments is zero-based index of all outlets), in this case first one
