MudCsvMapper - Delimter to "Delimiter" and reuse it when creating output data file #274

Use a different delimiter when opening and saving a CSV file.

Rename the Delimter to "Delimiter"
Use the same Delimeter selected to output data file.

Thanks for the PR, but this also means a breking change. Could you remain the Delimter and mark as obsolete?
