Wheel: Multiple Value Change on One Swipe #51

I see your commit https://github.com/MudBlazor/MudBlazor/commit/046c46bc6995213d2d6bb230b8766b734fa45d6e so I think you already know that rotating wheels on a smartphone is a very slow experience.

I hope to use MudDateWheelPicker when a swipe will create a little acceleration...

@mckaragoz despite the Sensitivity parameter the behaviour is like before: one swipe change only one unit at a time.

I didn't find the button to reopen the issue
