Bringing stuff up to level to match the coding style #107

changed "default" indent level from 6 to 4 to match most commonly used value removed spaces for indentation, including mixed cases, replaced with tabs in general checked indentation and fixed where appropriate (and obvious) removed trailing whitespace and just whitespace on an otherwise empty line removed double empty lines where appropriate added newlines at the end of files, where needed updated coding-style.md
