added tasks page with a list of all tasks #137

Very basic, just the first step. As discussed with @livike for now this page only shows a list of all existing tasks in the Database. Next step will be project details.

@anuschka is working on navigation bar: We decided we will have Users, Projects, Tasks on the left side of the navigation bar, login and some other sub-pages on the right. So this tasks page is not completely useless :) And ofcourse it will be improved. :)

Good for U @fbbunny :tada: Can you fix members page (I believe you do not need to modify it). Also tasks don't display properly on the page even though I believe this will get fixed when you fix indentation and discover a missing div :smile:

By the way, visually speaking, I'm not really sure about the yellow in the footer. In the navbar, there is too little contrast between the blue links and the green background. Perhaps you can use the green from the CodeCatz logo and making the nabar link color black or white?

Oh and I don't want to forget, to ask you about why is image groupmeet.jpg in the CSS folder?

CSS folder is suppose to have .css files, no images and other stuff.

Images are going into img folder and all the :shit: that is sitting in img folder right now is going to be cleaned out.

@ercchy We have an issue for that (#144), but let's now mix any new stuff into this PR! :sweat_smile:

@ercchy I agree, but it would be even better if the new design had its own PR :wink: I'd really like to merge this Tasks PR at some point ...

Then Tjasa should revert all the design changes and just keep the commits that affect tasks.

I am not keen on merging this mix.
