Allow only logged in user to edit projects and tasks #178

Currently, anyone and everyone can add and edit projects and tasks. It would make sense that only logged in users can do that or perhaps logged in users with a certain level of activity :wink:

Done - the next step would be to make sure the user is not only logged in, but also active member of CodeCatz, so we don't have random people signing in and editing stuff. But this issue was addressed, so closing it for now :)
