Extended Course Description, Class 1 #2

Adds more info to Code Chica homepage.

I wanna loop in @shaunaboyer to make sure we are good to merge these updates. Looks like @arianestier added some additional content and notes about Class 1 to the page above the notes for Class 2. I think the goal will be to keep adding class content and keep it live on this page for our Code Chica cohort.

Additionally, maybe we can make this file the "home" page and create separate pages for each class lesson that we link to from here (similar to the ++ home page). Happy to help either way ❤️
