I know a decompiler without a compiler is useless but . Ill take it step for step

ChatGpt3 If you want to modify an SWF file, you can use a library like swf-parser to parse the SWF file into an object, modify the object, and then use a library like swf-writer to write the modified object back to a new SWF file.
