Is it possible to display player health like the vanilla scoreboard objective does (graphical hearts), but cross-server?

That's not possible. Scoreboard objectives in the tab list are only ever displayed for a single server.

Okay, makes sense. I was thinking a fake scoreboard could be sent, but I suppose that would be a feature outside the scope of this plugin?
