Get skin data from Server if Bukkit bridge is used #754

When the BukkitBridge is used should BTLP obtain a player's skin data through it from the server. That way can the tab display the skin the player is using on the server, avoiding issues where the skin in tab doesn't represent the player's actual used skin.
