Add defaultText option #5

There should be a defaultText option alonside the defaultIcon and defaultPing options to set a text to use for the default slots used.

People may want to use a specific text and/or formatting (i.e. use a unicode symbol) for the "empty" slots.

That was added a while ago, so it's completed.
