This is more of a 'note to self' - I can see it uses SCSS and the likes, but coming from a ruby/gems/bundler world I'm used to having a nice easy way to get the dev environment set up.

Read docs
Set up simpler 'dev setup' process

Maybe if we have a bit of time later we hack something up.
