SplitButtonAdv does not function properly when DragMove is enabled #3

SplitButtonAdv will stop working when Window dragging is enabled.

Update:
Syncfusion will schedule a fix for this on approx. the 6th of march. In which case you can expect a new release of MemPlus on approx. the 10th of march.

This has no impact on the current release (1.0) of MemPlus.

Syncfusion has released a special patch which will be implemented. Unfortunately, for the people who use the regular syncfusion releases, this will not be available to them until a later release of their product suite. Expect a new release of MemPlus as expected, this weekend, which includes the patch by Syncfusion.

Result will be that people who build from source will have issues with window dragging until Syncfusion schedules a new release of their libraries. Again, this issue will not be present in the build that will be offered by us.
