First Suggestions:

Community

A simple game where all/a portion of active chat viewers (probably with a maximum) interract as digital characters on the stream (customizable with commands) with varying backdrops.

Werewolves

Like the card rpg game, but live on stream. Viewers interract/join by whispering to the bot. Where certain participants are given special roles that change throughout the game (soothsayer, werewolf, peeking girl, witch, etc). The players would be represented on screen as a pixelated village with shadows roaming during the night and a voting stand during the day to find who will be killed.

Twitch Pet

Instead of having viewers each with their own characters, how about just a rabbit or doggo or other pet that the streamer adds on stream. Viewers can use commands like !pat to see a certain animation or !bath for minigames where chat has to spam drops and soap emoji (only an idea)
