Create the projects page following react style of loading data, calling into the project.getActive for all general users.

[ ] Projects page should match up with the ui mock
[ ] Use the existing endpoints to call into the existing activeProjects for standard users
[ ] Admins should be pulling getAll which will be filterable by status, id, category, hidden etc.

We're looking at having the projects split out by "My Projects" (the volunteer is an active member of that project group) and "Following" (projects the volunteer is following for status updates). @tehstun Is this within the scope?
