Client Discovery Phase research #149

Open abbeyjackson opened 7 years ago

Provide a summary document containing research on various ways that companies conduct their client's discovery phase. A discovery phase is when ideas are vetted, information about a project is sorted out, etc.

Do this by combing websites for app agencies, going through the info they publish about their discovery phase (helping the client ideate their product). Write a summary of many different processes to help us develop our own. More than just "design, architect", the actual steps.

Also look at school curriculum and design or project management student projects as these would probably provide a lot of insight also. Don't be afraid to reach out to schools to ask for help. The tech community is very supportive, especially of tech groups that are doing good in the world.

Do not rush this task, get as full information as possible so that we are able to make informed decisions about our own discovery phase.
