Added layout components and began home page #8

Created layout components which include, Row, Column, Grid, Stack, Container, and Section so that contributors can easily achieve advanced layouts that look good. I've also created the Typography component to get various typographic styles and the Tile component.

I've created the navigation. It is not yet fully responsive.

I've made it possible to switch between auto, light, and dark color schemes.

I also started work on this parallax effect in the homepage hero section.

It is not fully responsive
light mode images are needed when in light mode
the window image takes a while to load, we might shrink the image. We also need to hide the background blur div if not loaded. Better yet we might prevent the build-in animation until all images are fully loaded.
