Support every version under the sun where horses existed popular in modding with the current feature-set

Pre-1.9 doesn't need the stairs fix, as the bug only occurs beyond that version.

Pre-1.6.4 sounds like its a colossal pain in the ass, and no-one even wants to bother giving support for it. image

I will not be supporting these versions

Forge 1.6.4 is no support for similar reasons image

Modern port is covered by arch, which is different issue
