I have recently been having some fun playing Pixel Party, a game in the prototype lobby of Hypixel.
While playing the game, all players are supposed to be given a translucent appearance (so you can more easily see the floor through them) as well as a pair of leather boots (so you can still see where they are).
Just yesterday, I installed Horse Buff. Then today, I went to play Pixel Party again and noticed a strange graphics change. I then confirmed with the other players in the chat that I was the only one seeing any change.
Suspecting that Horse Buff might be causing the issue, I closed the game and relaunched it with Horse Buff disabled. Sure enough, the graphics were back to normal.
My only guess:
You're obviously doing something with entity translucency. Hence the translucent horses as you look down. I think some code in there may be preventing Hypixel from making players appear translucent, however they're doing that.
