Bump to 1.20.4 #64

Not much changed between 20.2 and 20.4 so nothing more than updating gradle.properties is needed. Tested all the configs as well, everything looks good.

Appreciate the PR, but it doesn't seem like the mod needs a new build for 1.20.4

I just tested the existing build of the mod and it works fine, I have marked the release on Modrinth as supporting 1.20.3 and 1.20.4.
