[Feature] Filteration of issues based on likes/upvote

Feature description

I will add buttons to filter the types of issues present, it will filter issue based on types like -most voted, resolved, unresolved.etc.

Use cases

it will help to figure out issues and also make them to be properly analysed.

Requirements

It will bring the relevant and genuine issue to the top which needs urgent attention

Yes it's good. But the issues should be filtered based on most voted, resolved, unresolved. If it is clear then this issue can be assigned to you.

Yess it would be pretty cool if you add this features.. Only if you could make the changes as suggested by @snega16

@ShrastiPachauri We don't want the post to be filtered according to different domains we want it to get filtered on the basis of most rated or most voted as told by Snega so if you can work on our suggested feature then give a thumbs up and edit your issue.
