[Feature] Design the landing page for our website

Is there an existing issue for this feature?

Feature description

It will be the landing page for our website which should contain:

Navbar -- logo -- login -- About us
1st section of the page with some detail of the website like a quote describing our work and create account button
2nd section with what we do, About our team (i.e About us)
3rd Footer with all our social handles

Use cases

It will help user to get a brief intro of our website

Requirements

Html, css

Anything else?

refer issue #1. You can amaze us with your CSS part , need not follow the CSS of the UI/UX but the theme colour should be the same yellow , white and black
