Add navbar to sign in and sign up page #30

Current Behavior:

There is no navbar on sign in and sign up page. It should contain back to home button and logo of the website

Expected Behavior:

It should contain back to home button and logo of the website. It will provide an easy way to go back to home page and will make website user friendly.

We are working on that, for now, use any temporary logo
