Add underline hover feature for footer options #90

As when user scrolls over the footer options then he doesn't able to see on which option he has clicked and by mistake it may also possible let's say he wants to click on Home option in footer but by mistake he clicked the option present just below it.

So to avoid this type of mistake by the user, I want to add underline hover feature for footer options.

Can I work on this issue?

Could You please assign this issue to me under LGMSOC.
