Should books be allowed? #8

CS is pretty much available anywhere to learn. Books aren't hard to come by...especially on the high seas.

Might have to make some documentation of a matrix of classes that require books or don't. Could pull from ratemyprofessors. Hmmm...interesting project.

Anyways, should books be allowed? I'd think if a class has a stupid "only for homework" or use it only once in an assignment, people can just scan the page and post it sure. They'd just have to say it in the PR.

What happens when the limit for a github is reached lol. What's the limit, 100mb? Maybe links should be used instead if that's the case

Totally forgot about that...makes me want to not put books in even more. We already have lots of unorganized class folders to sort PRs through.
