Vacuum starts when changing fan speed #60

Description

The vacuum unexpectedly starts when the fan speed is changed. I would like to change the fan speed without the vacuum starting, like I could in v1.1.1.

Steps to reproduce

Have eufy RoboVac G32 Pro vacuum
Vacuum is docked/charging
Change fan speed via the vacuum.set_fan_speed service (ex: Turbo to Max or Max to Turbo)
The fan speed changes correctly, but the vacuum also undocks and starts cleaning

Expected behavior

The fan speed changes and the vacuum remains docked

Versions:

Release: v1.2.3 (This bug was introduced in v1.2.0)
HomeAssistant version: 2024.2.2
eufy RoboVac G32 Pro

I've reverted the code that caused this, please try the latest version
