• Update charts.js and embed.chart.frame.js to use Wazimap releases features.
• Update settings_js.html to include SITE_TAGLINE & SITE-DESCRIPTION
• Bandage those dists without metadata not to through: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'qualifier' of undefined
