[WIP]Download Geography Level Data as PDF

Description

It's sometimes desirable or even necessary to get a copy of all data within a given geography level i.e. country, county or province, region, district, or ward and hence one would like to have an option to download all the data with a given geography level that they are currently browsing in an offline, printable format like PDF.
