Description

This change is to start using opendata-stuttgart feinstub instead of sensors.AFRICA AQ feinstaub.

Most changes that did not go into feinstaub are not needed in there.

@karimkawambwa Glad to be at this stage! Does this mean all changes in sensors.AFRICA-aq-api are now in sensors.AFRICA-api?

@DavidLemayian from my review and double checking yes.

There were no major changes that needed to move from AQ to sensors.AFRICA-api. Most of them were still default feinstaub.
