Add a way (https://github.com/rauchg/slackin) for Slack invites to happen automatically (so it's not a manual process and people can start talking to us right away after going to the website)

We have a working self-inviting slack button hosted on a free heroku instance. We can drop a "join slack" button in anywhere on the site.
