localize the main menu #449

In #444 , the translations for the home page were moved to our shared package. We're now ready to enable localization to the rest of the web package.

Hmm so the text on the logo (packages/web/src/components/Logo.tsx) is actually SVG paths. Is there a Figma file or something with the original SVG where I could try to create a version with the Spanish translation?

Apologies, we had talked about this on a call and I didn't post accordingly here. We're not going to worry about translating the "Resources within Reach" in the logo (for now).
