In this PR, I have created the following changes for #99

Created an interface in the frontend that allows transferring all form data to the backend
Normalized the DB schema to better fulfil the complexity of our data
Created a python script to fill the DB with new data once it is loaded (I also deleted all migration files for a clean slate for the DB)
Changed the backend logic to work with the new DB and perform logical filter for the medication results
