Subscribe button - Hitting enter key should take the same action as the button #126

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Enter an email address
  2. Hit enter on keyboard
  3. Expected results: some success message that user has been subscribed to our mailing list
  4. Actual results: nothing happens
