Create analysis role on warehouse with only select allowed #43

using cfpr w/ RStudio likely requires some extra permissions for table autocomplete
could create the role in the airflow setup script
people will need to update their .Renviron (and on the demo cluster)

Okay, apparently I shouldn't have quoted the schema names when granting select access to the user. But that resolved and the analysis user on the demo cluster can autocomplete (and select from) tables.
