Describe the task

Related to https://github.com/CodeForPhilly/vacant-lots-proj/issues/460 and https://github.com/CodeForPhilly/vacant-lots-proj/pull/485 — this task should add a permanent redirect from/map to /find-properties to ensure any /map links don't 404. This also ensures that any Google Search / SEO 'juice' to /map doesn't get lost but is also forwarded correctly.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Add redirect from/map to /find-properties

Additional context

Current prod example of a 'cleanandgreenphilly map' search in google that would potentially 404:
