FMNP and summer sites to api; new grow pgh source; small clean ups #126

FMNP and Summer Meals Site data prep scripts updated to pull from web api (associated clean data files added to Cleaned_data_files/)

New Grow PGH source from Ellie incorporated (also new file in Cleaned_data_files/; original file added to PFPC data)

small clean ups include splitting data prep scripts to capture SNAP vs Grow PGH (before in one script), trying to include stringAsFactors = FALSE in Connor's most recent auto_text_process_name.R to see if helps fix issue in generating merged_datasets.csv
