What to do with data_prep_scripts/notebooks directory? #140

https://github.com/CodeForPittsburgh/food-access-map-data/tree/master/data_prep_scripts/notebooks

This folder contains a number of ipynb files, which I don't believe are in active use anymore, as well as two group_type files (one in .csv and one in .xslx format), a file of miscellaneous notes called "2020-03-03 Justin Gilmore call notes.txt", and a README file which only says "This directory houses Jupyter Notebooks used to prototype data ingestion scripts.".

Some of this seems fairly obviously no longer needed, but I'm not sure if all of it is. What should we do about it?

TODO: Make new branch, archive this folder, and rerun generate_merged_datasets in that branch. If everything still runs like it did previously, then we're good and we can merge that branch with the main branch. If not, then we can't just archive all of that and we need to figure out something else.
