Archive unused scripts and remove unneeded cleaned data

I believe these have been replaced by Conor's Just Harvest google sheets script:

This produced the following datasets which should be removed: "food-data/Cleaned_data_files//just_harvest_fresh_access_markets.csv"
"food-data/Cleaned_data_files//just_harvest_fresh_corners.csv" "food-data/Cleaned_data_files//additional_food_bucks_sites.csv"

Additional Food Bucks Sites, I think, is a tab in that Google Sheets datasource and should be added to the just_harvest_google_sheets script. The same may be true for the Bridgeway Capital source. I forget the details on this one- I will check with PFPC.
