Replacing the current placeholder URL with actual URL now that our public view test has worked.

Figuring out what to do with Bridgeway Capital sites--currently outdated and no way of updating.

9/9/ update: Blair from Bridgeway is open to providing updates. Sent instructions.

Fixed google sheets test URL to active URL.

10/19 update: Bridgeway has updated their sites. Next step is to process the slightly changed format and labels.
