Includes a new frontend directory and a basic HTML, css, and js files to support the nice new interface.
Currently, I threw all of the js into a function, which is not going to work. I think the fastest would be to throw the function contents into a script block at the bottom of the page, but that feels dirty. Anyway, 'in progress'
