UX improvements on the "Results" page #205

Our results page (the blue boxes showing the list of sites when you click on a map and adjust the radius) could use some design improvements. A more simple design (eg no blue boxes) would look better than what we have now.

Option 1: White background, no other changes image

Working on other possible solutions, including ones that use Bootstrap.

Option 2: Gray background, no rounded edges, uses bootstrap. image

Option 3: Blue, but this time it's the same blue as the header.

Option 4: White, slightly different shade than background, top and bottom border, using bootstrap.

Option 5: Same as above, but now title has bold.

Incidentally, I'm not presenting these options as mutually exclusive -- mix and match or suggest changes how you want! Just giving a scope of what I think are some reasonable directions to go in.
