Research Deduplication #45

While we're look into several possible solutions for deduplicating our dataset at the moment, it's entirely possible that there are solutions not included in the other issues.

To that end, any additional research into deduplication methods is welcomed, up to (and possibly after) implementing a deduplication solution.

A sub-issue of #16 - Dedupe food stores in merged dataset

Considering we're now at the point at which we've started putting together deduplication scripts, I'd say this component is successful, and I will close it.
