Migrating to a new food bank datasource to solve our updating issues.

GPCFB staff contribute data on free food distribution sites daily to Allegheny County's food distribution map.

The datasets themselves are available for us to consume. To start with let's work on food pantries and soup kitchens. @melynnduh I am a little unclear if they are separate datasets, can you clarify?

@drewlevitt I'm assigning this to you but we can give it to someone else if you're busy.
