Add transit routes/stops to map #89

PFPC requested we add PAAC routes/stops as layers to food map to make more obvious which sites are transit-accessible.

Potentially add bike routes too?

Also I think we should add site name labels to the sites when zoomed in close enough to see the street names. This should improve usability and also is important for people who want to print a screenshot of the map with site info.

@melynnduh could you change the transit stop icons to something that looks like a bus stop? I wonder if people might think they are all food sites if we don't label them/make them clickable.
