address cleaner street processed into saint #90

For some reason the address cleaner is turning some mentions of "St." into "Saint"

very strange but I scanned through the most recent version of the merged_dataset.csv and didn't find any instances of this issue and also no abbreviations left (which is the right behavior. If anyone wants to double check that would be awesome but I think we can close this issue as it seems like the de-duper was implemented correctly.
