Subject of the issue:

I created this epic because I belive there is some benefit in thinking how we can use the attendance list in order to process information in regard to three types of functionalities:

1. Monitoring:

• Some sort of data visualization to track number of participants for each hacknight
• Lost after onboarding - counts participants which were present only once
• Succesful onboarding - counts 2+ occurances on hacknights
• Onboarding ratio - divides succesful onboarding by lost after onboarding
• Long-term volunteers - counts 8+ occurances on hacknights

2. Revival tools for agile team:

• Recently lost - listing people who were not present for three hacknights (if succesful onboarding = true)
• Engaged volunteers lost - listing people who were not present for more than 3 months (if long-term volunteers = true)
• Engaged seniors lost - listing people with good experience

3. Predictive statistics One thing that would be quite easy to do is to introduce model that allows us to create and track certain kind of events (with Boolean for each hacknight defining whether we did certain thing or not). Then we could use that to create simple regression models that try to explain number of participants in each individual hacknight by checking occurances of given types of events. As a result we could check if performing certain kind of action over time seem to affect the total number of participants or individual tenure of particular volunteers in statistically significant way (given our current size and scope I think about non-parametric statistical methods).
